Did we finally hit the crop top limit? After years of tops getting shorter while pants get higher, there is simply nowhere higher for our tops to go. SO I’m calling it now: Tank tops are back.

The history of the tank
Did you know the tank top originally started as a swimming tank for women in the early 1900s? It didn’t become a shirt you actually wear outside, not just as an undershirt, until the 1950s! Then, the 90s brought a massive wave of minimalism and a huuuge tank top upgrade.
Annnd who here remembers tank over tank over tank of the 2000s. Yeah, tank tops just kept getting longer and we wore them with super low-rise jeans, until the 2010s when we started doing the total opposite. We went from peplums to crops.
All of this to say… the fashion pendulum is constantly swinging, and in 2026 the tank top is finally back back!

GO WITH THE FLOW TWISTY TOP

I’ve been fighting for my life for sooo long to design a tank top that looks cool. I loved the asymmetrical, Greek Goddess vibe, so I decided to take that and… Popflexify it.
I’m wearing the Popflex Twisty Top and I’m not saying this top is revolutionary but omg it makes my life sooo much easier! It has a built-in bra, and it would have been a whooole thing without one. And obvi I love the off the shoulder moment.
I love the look of this with jeans orrr with matching Go With the Flow Pants if you love a set like I do!
